Tie-Breaking (Under-Graduate Programme)
In the event of equal marks scored by two or more candidates in the CLAT-2014, the tie will be broken by the following procedure and order:
(i) Higher marks in the section of legal aptitude in CLAT-2014.
(ii) Higher age.
(iii) Computerized draw of lots.
Tie-Breaking (Post-Graduate Programme)
In case of equal marks scored by two or more candidates in the CLAT 2014, the tie will be broken in the following procedure and order:
(i) Higher marks in the Long Essay Type Descriptive Questions in CLAT-2014.
(ii) Higher age.
(iii) Computerized draw of lots.
